OPTIMAL DESIGN BY MASS FOR TRANSMISSION OF TRACKED LOAD-CARRIER/PRIME MOVER MT-LB: MATHEMATICAL MODEL, ALGORITHM, NUMERICAL EXPERIMENT

Solving the problem of optimizing for transmission light multipurpose tracked load-carrier/prime mover MT-LB is a perspective area research because it improves mass characteristics machine, to ensure load capacity and durability at upgrading. Mathematical model optimization by was constructed, namely: objective function weight built, which quite correct models, takes into account geometry, dimensions, strength properties main parts aggregates; variables planning are defined, selected as basic geometric parameters gearings (modules number teeth); system constraints on technique dynamically changing teeth gearbox proposed. A sequence constraint checking proposed, will reduce amount time calculations find best solution. The solution based sensing parameter space, where points LPτ-sequence used test in single multidimensional cube. Also, applied methodology detailed algorithm optimal design has been developed. They take constructive, technical technological features. also allow error due error-control gear ratios equality axes distance additional reducer meshing's. numerical experiments were carried out base engine other 4 engines. analysis results makes possible conclude that significant reduction dimensions achieved compared one loads corresponding typical driving modes.
